With over two decades of expertise in design, user experience, and digital strategy, Scot is renowned as a voice technology expert. His work primarily focuses on enhancing marketing and customer experience through innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions. In 2023, Scot took his passion a step further by co-authoring 'Voice Marketing' with his wife Susan and Chicago Agency veterans Colleen Fahey and Laurence Minsky, demonstrating his commitment to innovation and education in the tech sphere. He's a respected speaker at industry events, a guest lecturer, and plays a pivotal role as an Open Voice Network Ambassador and Marketing AI Institute instructor.
But what truly drives Scot is the belief in collective power and positivity. He chose the motto 'United, We Spark Joy' for a reason. In his own words, “With all of the division we see in the media, I wanted to remind people that together we can achieve anything.
